DRYLAB chambers are designed for drying lumber of any breed and section, pallets and timber. A distinctive feature of the equipment is the intensive drying of the side board and pallets. The duration of drying the thinner to transport humidity in DRYLAB chambers is 1.5–2 times less than in chambers of other Russian or foreign manufacturers. Author’s drying technology
The DRYLAB chambers are based on the original technology of the drying process based on scientifically based regimes optimized for Siberian conditions. Timed drying technology, adapted to the conditions of a particular enterprise, is a reliable and proven way to dry lumber. Specially designed DRYLAB systems allow you to choose drying parameters at once according to several main criteria (stack size, etc.).
The implementation of the technology is provided by sensors installed in the chamber, which read the level of humidity and temperature, as well as an assessment of the energy costs for drying. The received data is transmitted to the server of the DRYLAB dispatch service by means of a communication module built into the automation system. Drying process data and control panel are available to users via a web interface from anywhere in the world.
