WMF 2024 is all set to unveil three new exhibition zones

The Shanghai International Furniture Machinery and Woodworking Machinery Fair (WMF 2024) one of the well known event for the furniture and woodworking industry is soon returning from September 11 to 14 this year. The show will be organised at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, while it will be co-hosted with the China International Furniture Fair – “CIFF (Shanghai)” and the Shanghai International Exhibition on Upholstery Technology for Home Furnishing. Spread over an area of 50,000 square meters, the event is expected to bring together over 370 of the world’s leading machinery and material exhibitors across the woodworking and furnishing industry.

This year the event is coming up with unique and fresh attraction channelised through changes. WMF 2024 is introducing three new exhibition zones for the visitors and exhibitors. The following zones will be-
Home Furnishing Material- This will include furniture hardware accessories and consumables, house panels decorative materials, solid wood material, new indoor material and upholstered furniture.

Sustainability Zone- This will include wood-plastic composite, recycled new materials and sustainable and smart technology

Wood Primary Processing and Plywood Production Technology

These exhibition zones at the furniture and woodworking event will showcase the most advanced parts within the industry chain, including the primary processing of wood, manufactured boards, panels, solid wood, surface treatment, and finishing technologies, as well as home furnishing materials. This will enable wood enthusiasts, woodworking and other professions to fully experience the latest production technologies and materials. These will open scopes for them to gain a deep understanding of how any particular solutions are implemented in actual production.

Being one of the significant hub for comprehensive home furnishing solutions and materials, the WMF 2024 event is expected to gather crucial process links in the industrial chain, from initial wood processing, panel board, panel furniture, solid wood, surface treatment, and finishing technologies to home furnishing materials. With new changes and better zeal, the international platform will remain open for the visitors to discover, learn and understand the practical application of the trendy and efficient innovations that the companies are about to showcase at the event.
