The all new Jumbo Low-Stack from Schmalz is ergonomically prepared to pick up workpieces, metal goods, from the ground level and reach into boxes with a load capacity of up to 80 kilograms when working with airtight workpieces. A complete solution to help the user stay upright while picking pieces from the ground level. The innovative operating concept is an application-specific special feature, which is equipped with a vertical handle for easy control on floor management. As the user moves the handle upward or downward the specific instruction is given to glide over the pieces and lift the items from the floor. Thus, the user enjoys complete control over the lifting process.
Schmalz has further advanced the Jumbo Low –Stack with an upgraded release function to help in managing the residual vacuum. This new feature will now help the user in releasing the suction cup from the workpiece without applying any additional force. In order to perform the function in a systematic manner, various suctions cups are available and these properly lift the workpieces of different sizes in a systematic manner. For example, the quick-change adapter simplifies the process and help in an easy application with double suction cups, round vacuum grippers or a four head suction cups. Schmalz especially offers the right suction cup in all sizes and maintains workpiece stability.
This new Jumbo Low-Stack has a variable lifting unit with a range of 1400 to 800 millimetres stroke, and this feature allows the user in adapting to the new handing solutions to the various application in an optimal manner. The Jumbo Low-Stack include the current range of vacuum tube lifters, that offer ergonomic solutions for frequent and fast lifting and moving of workpieces during machine loading and in shipping and commissioning areas.
