Raute Corporation’s Board of Directors has decided to change the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, on which a stock exchange release was published on February 25, 2022.

Raute’s Corporation Appointments Committee has announced that it will propose to the Annual General Meeting, which will convene on March 31, 2022, that the number of Board members be increased from the current six members to seven members.

Over the years Raute has launched a number of novelties such as Veneer Peeling Line R7-Hybrid and Veneer Visual and Moisture Analyzer R5. The new R5-Series LVL technology was introduced at our virtual event, RxEvent LVL.
