Mälkiä joins Raute with over 20 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) roles, having held senior positions at prominent industrial companies such as JELD-WEN, Andritz, UPM, and Wärtsilä. He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Technology of Energy Production, further solidifying his expertise in managing safety and environmental strategies.
