FSC UK Partners with Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 to Advance the UK Woodworking Sector

FSC UK has announced its partnership with Professional Woodworking Expo (PWE) 2026, a leading trade event dedicated to the UK woodworking and joinery industry. The exhibition will take place at NEC Birmingham from 23 to 25 June 2026 and is expected to attract thousands of professionals from across the sector.

The event will serve as a major meeting point for manufacturers, joiners, furniture makers, machinists, installers, carpenters and suppliers. More than 6,000 visitors are expected to attend. Over 200 exhibiting brands will also be present during the three-day exhibition.

As part of the partnership, subscribers to FSC UK’s newsletter will receive complimentary VIP tickets to attend the event. This benefit has been made available exclusively through the collaboration. FSC UK is also expected to contribute to the event programme through a speaking engagement, although further details are yet to be confirmed.

Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 has been developed to support business growth, innovation and knowledge sharing across the woodworking sector. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of products, services and technologies designed to improve operational performance.

A key feature of the exhibition is its co-location with InstallerSHOW and the Painting & Decorating Show. This arrangement will create a larger industry destination under one roof. Professionals from woodworking, construction, interiors, fit-out, installation, painting and decorating sectors will be brought together at the venue.

The combined events are expected to increase networking opportunities. They will also encourage collaboration between related trades and supply chains. As a result, visitors will gain exposure to a broader range of products, services and industry expertise.

A strong focus will be placed on innovation. Attendees will be able to review the latest developments in machinery, tooling, software platforms, finishes and manufacturing materials. New production solutions will also be showcased throughout the exhibition.

Live demonstrations are expected to attract significant interest. Dedicated Demo Zones will provide practical insights into modern manufacturing processes and woodworking techniques. Machinery demonstrations will be featured. Timber window manufacturing will also be highlighted. Carpentry skills and emerging product innovations will be showcased throughout the event.

Industry education will form another important element of the exhibition. Expert speakers will deliver presentations on topics affecting the future of the sector. Discussions are expected to cover artificial intelligence in joinery, UK timber regulations, material innovation and compliance requirements.

Sessions will also address ventilation risks and workplace productivity. Business growth strategies will be explored. Practical advice will be shared to help companies adapt to changing market conditions.

The event will provide direct access to several recognised industry suppliers. Companies including IMA Schelling, Festool, Nederman, Doucet and Leitz are already confirmed among the exhibitors. Additional brands are expected to join the line-up as the event approaches.

Visitors will have opportunities to compare products and evaluate solutions firsthand. Conversations with suppliers can help businesses identify technologies that support efficiency improvements. Product quality and operational profitability are also expected to be key discussion points.

Networking remains a central objective of Professional Woodworking Expo 2026. Industry professionals from different disciplines will be able to exchange ideas and discuss emerging challenges. New business relationships may also be developed during the exhibition.

The partnership with FSC UK further strengthens the event’s industry relevance. It highlights the growing importance of sustainable forestry and responsible sourcing within the woodworking supply chain. The collaboration is expected to encourage greater engagement between woodworking businesses and sustainability stakeholders.

Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 is positioned as a focused platform for learning, innovation and industry collaboration. By bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers and skilled professionals, the exhibition aims to support the continued development of the UK woodworking and joinery market.

With a broad range of exhibits, live demonstrations, educational sessions and networking opportunities, the event is expected to provide valuable insights for businesses seeking to improve productivity, enhance competitiveness and prepare for future industry developments. As the sector continues to evolve, Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 will offer a practical environment where innovation, expertise and business opportunities can be explored in one location.
