Mondi and Hans Schmid collaborate to provide top-tier impregnated paper for European markets, used in making furniture, worktops, and industrial goods. Schmid applies impregnation to Mondi’s Ad/Vantage Boost, essential for crafting high-quality laminates like flooring and kitchen worktops.
Ad/Vantage Boost is ideal for high-performance laminate applications with its strength and absorbency. It acts as a carrier for resin in creating laminate layers, made with responsibly sourced unbleached fresh fibres in Sweden and Austria, available with FSC® or PEFC certification. Schmid’s Absorption Process:
The paper needs to remain strong and sturdy without ripping, to prevent delays and additional expenses for customers.
