Professional splitting technology could not be more space-saving. With an installation area from 5 m², the vertical circular panel saw is unbeatable in this area and saves you the cost of additional space requirements. The manual CUT 1255 and automatic CUT 1260 version are available as special “Black Edition” models in cutting lengths of 4,300 and 5,300 mm. The cutting heights are 1,900 mm or 2,200 mm depending on requirements and available space, covering all common panel dimensions, while the cutting depth is up to 60 mm.
The vertical panel saw allows one-man operation from the panel store to the finished, precisely cut component.
The horizontal cut is set via a digital display with electrical micro-adjustment, which is included as standard. The sawing unit is engaged at the push of a button, which is unique in this saw class. A pneumatic shifting grid prevents the support shelves from being damaged and displaces the support rack automatically where necessary.
The sawing unit is perfectly balanced via counterweights and can be pivoted to vertical cutting with minimal effort. Besides quick and easy handling, HOLZ-HER panel saws also offer outstanding precision with smooth cutting edges and with no cutting offset for optimal gluing quality.
The generous package of accessories includes the HOLZ-HER-patented Super Cut scoring system, longitudinal stops – with micro-adjustment where required, continuous speed control and much more.
For even more effective handling, the CUT 1260 is available in an automatic version. In addition to all the qualities of the manual CUT 1255 machine, the CUT 1260 can automatically dive in, saw, dive out and return to the operator at the push of a button. This offers you precise work pieces with optimal cycle times.
