IMA Schelling to present its solutions for the wood industry at the upcoming Xylexpo. The highly efficient edge processing solutions from the manufacturers will enrich the Italian industry soon from October 12-15, 2022 in Milan. Among other things, a complete solution for edging in the entrance area will be presented at the stand.
The Novimat Contour R3 , which IMA Schelling is presenting at the stand, is used for gluing and finishing edge materials with thicknesses of up to 3 mm. She works with both glue and laser edging. Thanks to multi-profile technology, it can be quickly and flexibly adjusted to different edge thicknesses and radii. The edge banding machine will be presented with an automatic workpiece return, which further increases the efficiency of the edging process. The Novimat Contour R3 is therefore ideal for smaller industrial companies.

The edge banding machine is part of IMA Schelling’s comprehensive portfolio of solutions for industrial furniture production – from modern networked production to fully automated batch size 1 systems.
