H.B. Fuller one of the leading global adhesives provider of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products recently welcomed its new senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. The company was thrilled to welcome Gregory Ogunsanya as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in October 2023.
Prior to H.B. Fuller, he held dual legal leadership roles as Vice President of Legal for Stanley Industrial and as Assistant General Counsel, Securities, and Governance at Stanley Black & Decker Inc. He also held various leadership positions at Honeywell Inc., including General Counsel of Honeywell Industrial Safety and General Legal Counsel of the Honeywell Electronic Solutions, Engines, and Power Systems business unit. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a law firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate law. Mr. Ogunsanya received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree in economics, with a minor in philosophy, from Fordham University.
