Kündig’s debuts the all-new Master sanding machine that combines the best sanding quality, decades of precision and a clear, smooth operating concept with the highest possible economic efficiency. The Master series model is the result of 75 years of exchange with our main target group: the joiner. The segmented sanding pad ensures perfect sanding even around the edges. The proven Enormatic automatic sanding is on board as standard, workpieces are scanned over the entire 1350 mm working width.
Features
Construction: The Master is in no way inferior to our other model series in terms of robustness and durability. It has the same solid construction, which makes all our machines investments with foresight that still reliably deliver precise sanding results even after many years of use.
Head Movement / Constant Pass Line: The machine can be loaded with higher workpiece weights, it maintains its precision more reliably and you have the advantages of a constant working height.
Workpiece dimensions: The adjustment of the upper part, i.e. the passage opening, is motorized, finely adjustable via touch screen. The maximum passage height is at least 200mm. With a working width of 1350 mm, the Kundig Master has a generous and well proven standard dimension.
Eco energy saving mode: The Kundig Master is equipped with our specially developed Eco* energy saving mode. This software regulates the power consumption depending on load. As soon as work breaks occur, the machine automatically switches to standby mode. It is then immediately ready for use again. This results in significant savings, without compromising performance.
Sanding Units
The sanding units are based on the proven combination of calibration roller and sanding pad. The number of contact rollers and the design of the sanding pad unit can be decided in the configuration. For safe workpiece guidance, there is a parallel spring-loaded steel pressure roller at the machine infeed and rubber pressure rollers between the sanding units.
Operation – quick and easy
Full control means when everyone in the company, whether young or old, journeyman or master, uses all the features down to the most specific adjustments of the sanding process instinctively and after a very short time.
