In August, Pallmann, the size reduction specialist, received a big order from the leading laminate producer in India, Merino Industry Ltd.
The order consisted of the following –
Merino Industry, with the new plant, will begin the production of carrier material. Previously, it only focused on the production of qualitative laminates. The company believes in excellence and maximizing product value. As a result of the Pallmann-flake preparation, the surface layer of the board is highly refined, and this step is an indispensable prerequisite for downstream finishing.
PZKR 16-600 knife ring flakers promise the highest flake quality, high throughput, quick knife ring exchange, and accurate knife adjustment.
The two double steam mills type PSKM 14-660 produce fine flakes with a small percentage of dust and coarse material, which is perfect for producing a top-notch particle board for better surface quality.
The re-chipper guarantees effective reduction in size for over-sized wood chips.
The expected delivery date of all Pallmann machines is scheduled for March 2022. For many years, Pallmann-size reduction machines have been in use in India.
