Barberán unveils inventive system trueTEXTURE at LIGNA

Barberán presented a revolutionary technology at this LIGNA. During a decade Barberán has been leading the development of digital single pass presses for the furniture and flooring industry with great success, reaching a high print quality imitating wood, stone or any other types of design at industrial speeds.

 

But in order to make it look real it also has to feel real, and this is where the efforts of these last years have been for company Barberán, resulting into the trueTEXTURE technology. Barberán in collaboration with company ZeeTree has developed a technology which will mean the final breakthrough of the digital printing technology into the furniture and flooring industry.

 

Barberán showcased a complete digital printing line for furniture and flooring purposes at LIGNA. The line have a six-color digital press, the Jetmaster 840 as well as the Barberán Jetmaster TRT 840 with the ZeeTree patented technology which will generate a multitude of different embossing effects imitating to perfection the real wood look, as well as stone or other materials.

 

“trueTEXTURE is a result of the partnership between Zee Tree and Barberan” said Marc Jorge Font, Technical Manager of Barberan.

 

“It is suitable for finishing surfaces. Now, what we are trying to do is, we basically trying to print 3D structures of wood patterns, stone patterns and more through this technology” he added further.

 

This new technology presented by Barberán and Zee Tree is an innovative and game-changing technology which will change the future of the flooring and furniture industry.
