Build in Wood, the platform for wood experts, has focused on how wood construction will develop in the future! Wood remains a vital component of construction. Since wood is a key component of the solution in the shift to more sustainable building practices, networking, knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and sparring are more crucial than ever.
The industry came together once more at Build in Wood to discuss answers to the problems and issues it confronted. Visitors explored current issues through the program’s topic tracks, debates, and motivational speakers. Among other topics, visitors learned more about wood resources, wood projects, transformation, recycling, risk and economics, and function and usage.
Focusing on wooden construction for two days
Visitors spent two full days at Build in Wood learning about wood construction. The two-day curriculum reflected the industry’s need for new information. It is based on a few themes and subject tracks that cover both fresh and old subjects. Throughout the entire program, one was informed on the most crucial topics and expanded upon one’s newfound understanding of wood construction. They could anticipate two enlightening and motivating days filled with tangible information, experiences, and motivation.
Visitors participated in the expert tracks on both days, delving a little deeper into a few chosen subjects. “Fire,” “wood, biogenic & recycled materials,” “moisture,” and “wood protection, facades & design” are the options available.
Provide information about wooden construction to the construction sector

They have a digital platform called Building Green Together where they offer news, podcasts, articles, and interviews from intriguing vendors in addition to events for the construction industry. Together, the Group is committed to transforming the construction sector into a more environmentally friendly one, and it thinks that sustainable building is crucial to the battle against climate change. The center’s sustainable architecture and building
The construction industry is part of the debate and is currently facing a significant challenge about the climate: “We build and build, demolish and rebuild.” It is estimated that up to 40% of the world’s total CO2 emissions come from the construction industry, and up to 20% come from the production of building materials.
