Flexa 607 is an extremely versatile machine with high level performances that place it at the top of its category. The Flexa 607 is the apex of the Casadei Busellato line of powerful edgebanding equipment. Belt-driven, top feeding, constant secure holding of the processing panels, and the best edge finish are some of its best features.

Using an edgebander, which coats the board’s edge with hot-melt glue, edge banding is typically done in commercial settings. This hot melt glue, a type of thermoplastic adhesive, firmly fastens the edge strips in place.
Controlled via a 12” touch screen with an intuitive interface, the Flexa 607 boasts of 100 different programs and six rapid call options, allowing the entire line setting of every function. Unitech, a company situated in Banbury, recently installed the Flexa 607, increasing its previous edging capacity by more than 30% as a result.

Key benefits:
Productivity: the high processing speed up to 22 m/min ensures an high productivity in all working conditions. The XE version with controlled axis allow an extreme fast and precise set-up of the machine.
Flexibility: the possibility to equip the machine with belt pressure unit allows to process any type of material.

In all working situations, the high processing speed of up to 22 metres per min guarantees a high level of productivity. The machine can be set up extremely quick and precise thanks to the XE version’s controlled axes. Furthermore, the machine’s ability to be outfitted with a belt pressure unit makes it possible to process any kind of material. MD Kevin Crouch suggested using the quick-change setting since it enables the tiniest panel run to be executed in a matter of minutes, saving time and boosting throughput.

At the machine’s infeed is a control panel that can be adjusted for comfort. Acoustically-insulated, soundproof protective cabinet, with polycarbonate windows allow for inspection during milling, as well as an internal cabinet light. Added is a machine base built of bent and welded steel that guarantees the structure’s great stiffness. Panel support roller conveyor feature along the whole length of the machine, is also ensured, with a telescopic opening system and sliding wheels made of plastic with rotating pins made of steel.
