This coating is produced using a process that is unique in Europe and consists of a permanently elastic PUR functional layer and a solvent-free UV acrylic coating.

Whether PrimeBoard XTreme Matt or PrimeBoard XTreme High Gloss: an innovative multi-layer coating technology guarantees high color stability and light fastness with outstanding material properties for problem-free processing. Thanks to Pfleiderer’s color combination, PrimeBoard can be used and combined flexibly and in a variety of ways.
Whether in XTreme Matt or XTreme High Gloss: Pfleiderer PrimeBoard can be produced with an extensive range of over 180 decors. These include uni, wood, stone and creative decors. The use of pigmented lacquers achieves an optimum colour match with DecoBoard and Duropal HPL.
Pfleiderer also offers different product variants of PrimeBoard, based on different core materials. From ClassicBoard P2 and low-emission materials to PrimeBoard MDF black, they guarantee maximum design freedom for high-quality architecture and interior design, as well as a high degree of flexibility depending on the intended use.
In terms of VOC and formaldehyde emissions, PrimeBoard P2 meets the requirements of the Blue Angel for low-emission panel materials (building and furniture panels) for interior design (RAL-UZ 76) and the requirements of the Committee for Health Assessment of Building Products (AgBB Scheme).
