New COMBI-CSS from Combilift: Boosting speed & safety in container loading

Combilift is recognised as one of the largest manufacturers of multidirectional, sideloading and articulated forklifts globally. Recently, they have innovated another new avant-garde production to get faster and safer loading capability.

The Combi-CSS Container Slip-sheet, specifically designed for fast loading of freight containers with a maximum capacity of 30,000 kg. Complete a full container load cycle in under 6 minutes. The Combi-CSS, or Container Slip-Sheet, is a simple-to-operate, cost-effective container loading solution that is faster and safer whether handling rough sawn timber, flat-packed furniture, or panel products.

How it works?

• The lumber is pre-loaded into the platform
• The truck docks the container against the Combi-CSS via their proprietary guided locking system
• A hydraulic laveling system at the front and rear of the Combi-CSS automatically adjust the height and pitch of the platform to perfectly align with the container
• The load is moved into the container on a Hardox 500 steel-sheet by their patented push-pull mechanism
• The Barrier holds the load within the container while the Slip Sheet hydraulically retracts
