Metalube is excited to announce its participation in LIGNA 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for woodworking and wood processing, taking place in Hanover, Germany from May 26th to 30th. As a top manufacturer of high-performance industrial lubricants, Metalube will present its latest innovations for the wood panel industry at Hall 26, Stand C08.
Among the key offerings will be its belt oil and chain oil products, which have recently been approved by Dieffenbacher with CB 633 and CB 310 certifications. These approvals highlight the reliability and superior performance of Metalube’s lubricants for continuous wood panel presses.
A major highlight of the event will be a presentation by Emma Pates, Global Technical Services Manager at Metalube, who is a finalist for the Chemicals Northwest Young Talent in the Chemical Industry Awards 2023. Emma will deliver a paper on advanced lubrication solutions for the wood panel sector, emphasizing the role of innovation in boosting machine efficiency and sustainability.
In her presentation, Emma will discuss the critical importance of thermally stable lubricants for smooth press operation, explaining how the right lubricant helps prevent costly downtime and enhances production efficiency. “High-performance lubrication leads to improved heat transfer, reduced wear on critical press components, and lower maintenance costs,” she said.
