The 10th edition of ForMóbile, the largest furniture and wood industry fair in Latin America, concluded on July 3, 2024, after four days of intense exchange of experiences and business generation. The event, held from June 30th to July 3rd at São Paulo Expo, reaffirmed its status as a premier showcase for companies in the sector, with KLEIBERIT standing out as a notable participant.
The 10th edition of ForMóbile, the largest furniture and wood industry fair in Latin America, concluded on July 3, 2024, after four days of intense exchange of experiences and business generation. This year’s fair attracted over 550 exhibiting brands and more than 50,000 professionals and industry leaders across five expansive pavilions. ForMóbile once again demonstrated its critical role in the furniture and wood industry, providing a platform for innovation and collaboration.
KLEIBERIT made a significant impact at the fair by focusing on its range of biosustainable (BIO-based) adhesives. These adhesives cater to various operational areas including lamination, coating, and edgebanding, and encompass multiple technologies such as PUR, EVA, and PVAc. Attendees had the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of the products, understand their applications, and engage in discussions about the technologies and systems used.
Sustainability was a key theme for KLEIBERIT at ForMóbile 2024. The company showcased how sustainable practices are not merely isolated initiatives but are embedded in their corporate culture. Araceli Silveira, VP of Sustainability and Audience at Informa Markets Latam, highlighted the growing importance of sustainability in business. “More and more brands are integrating sustainability into their business strategies and company initiatives. ForMóbile encourages adherence to best sustainability practices as it is increasingly demanded by society,” she stated.
In recognition of their commitment to sustainability, ForMóbile introduced an awards program to honor companies promoting sustainable business cultures. KLEIBERIT do Brasil earned the Bronze award for their fully reusable stand components, including walls, floors, platforms, furniture, equipment, and lighting.
