IMA Schelling Group recently announces changes in the management with Maximilian Lehner, co-partner of the IMA Schelling group as the new CFO. IMA Schelling regulates the succession in the management and thus guarantees a stable continuation of the owner-managed company: Stefan Gritsch will work in the LEGRO Group GmbH holding company, Maximilian Lehner will take over his duties as CFO.
Stefan Gritsch was managing partner in the company for 21 years and will concentrate on strategic tasks in the holding company in the future. From 2022 he will be responsible for investment management at LEGRO Group GmbH based in Vorarlberg. As the top management holding company, it holds significant stakes in various international industrial companies, including the IMA Schelling Group GmbH. In the future, Gritsch’s task will be the acquisition and sale of further investments as well as the strategic management of the subsidiaries. “I couldn’t ask for a better successor than Maximilian Lehner and I am sure that he will continue to lead the company towards the future with a focus and commitment,” confirms the outgoing CFO Stefan Gritsch.
Maximilian Lehner joined the company in 2015 after studying in London and initially worked in the finance department at Schelling, then later supported the then IMA managing director Bernhard Berger as an assistant in Lübbecke, Germany, and headed the organizational development department. In 2018 Lehner switched to sales and has been global sales director for the entire group since 2019. “I am looking forward to my new role as CFO and wish Stefan Gritsch, who will remain a strong partner in the holding, all the best,” says Maximilian Lehner.
