HOMAG has launched the new screw separator system to increase efficiency of timber construction. Endless possibilities may be explored with the new automatic separator system for loose screws. The separator system is able to handle both stand length screws as well as long screws those with a length of 160 mm, 220 mm or 250 mm or even longer.
Generally frame works as well as elements are attached with screws. It is expected that EU will nearly Zero-Energy Building Strategy 2020 will be implemented with the help of double walls. Producing such a façade requires screwing the frame works of the two wall elements together. Now this lengthy, complex process can now be carried out in a shorter amount of time and with less expense with the power of automation.
