Holm Trävaror AB, one of the popular wholesale company of the wood working industry in Sweden recently announced the appointment of its new Group CEO. Magnus Andersson will be taking the charge as the new Group CEO from February 1. He will be replacing Karl Lindström, who has had the role of interim CEO.
Expressing his excitement, Magnus Andersson said, “I have followed Holm Trävaror for a long time and now feel honored to have been assigned this role. I look forward to being part of this exciting journey together with all employees. The companies and brands in the group have very good opportunities to grow within their respective segments”
Magnus Andersson will join the company with his broad and solid experience. He has experience from the buiding materials industry through his previous positions at VELUX and INWIDO, among others. He was most recently working as Deputy CEO at Finja Betong.
Holm Trävaror offers a wide range of solid wood, wood-based boards, glue, laminate and edging. In the company’s warehouses, for example, there are over 70 different types of wood and a board assortment. These includes, among other things, veneered boards, MDF, plywood, melamine, hardboard, chipboard, lamella, glued joints and OSB. They also have glue, laminate and Sweden’s largest stocked assortment of edging. With further fresh appointment, the company aims to move towards a better future led by new leader and his experience.
