FREUD features an extensive range of tools

Freud, specialised in cutting tool manufacturing celebrated its 60th anniversary at Xylexpo 2022.

Freud’s product portfolio boasts of 100 percent “made in Italy” and features an extensive range of premium circular saw blades, high-performing window and door systems, superior quality routing tools and cutterheads.

Several highlights include industrial circular saw blades starting from its “Lsb X” circular saw blades for panel processing.

Their teeth are made in “TiCo” Carbide to provide a flawless finish and a longer cutting life. The choice for stationary machines and industrial applications is however wide and the visitors will have the opportunity to discover them, together with the range designed for portable machines and professional use, the biggest in the market for diameter and application material variety.

Other innovations dedicated to the window tooling industry are also showcased at the show. To name one, the “High Speed ISOprofil (H.S.I.)” technology – based on a Freud patented system – enables an automatic cutting profile recovery at the exceptional rotating speed of 100 m/s. The exclusive and extra safe locking system allows the use of resharpenable knives at the high rotating speed, delivering higher production in shorter time.

On display at Xylexpo also solutions for the most demanding furniture makers with an eye for impeccable cuts. The Italian brand will present its wide range of routing, drilling and cnc tools for high-speed and fully automated routing machines.

Besides this, Freud will also showcase “Solid Carbide Router Cutters SCH” range with their newly designed geometries that deliver flawless cuts, maximum lifetime and versatility of application.
