DREMA 2024 starts tomorrow

DREMA 2024 kicks off tomorrow! As the International Trade Fair of Machines, Tools, and Components for the Wood and Furniture Industries, it stands as the largest supply hub for furniture manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe.

Over the course of four days, the exhibition will offer an in-depth look into its key areas of focus: woodworking, furniture production, sawmill technology, and wood energy. Attendees can explore a comprehensive range of products, from cutting and sawing machines to components for furniture manufacturing, as well as essential accessories, adhesives, and varnishes.

DREMA 2024 – 40th edition

This year, DREMA will be held for the 40th time. As in the past, also this time the trade fair brings a whole range of effective solutions to the problems facing the wood and furniture industry, which has been struggling with particularly difficult challenges recently. The event programme and special exhibitions focus on the use of AI, automation and robotics in sustainable furniture production.

DREMA is delighted to announce that EUMABOIS Vice President, Mr, Frederik Meyer, will take part at jubilee edition of DREMA.

‘We will show that robotisation and automation do not only apply to large furniture companies, but are also increasingly reaching small and medium-sized plants, as well as carpentry shops,’ says Director Półrolniczak.

Last year’s DREMA already proved how many auxiliary operations that were previously performed by employees in companies, such as loading or transporting products and raw materials within the plant, can be carried out with the use of robots. This year at the DREMA Trade Fair you will be able to see how industry problems can be solved in a compact and robotic way in small carpentry workshops. A special presentation space, i.e. Infotec’s innovative, modular, digital carpentry shop, will be designed to showcase compact, cost-saving solutions for small manufacturing plants. As part of the presentation of these solutions, it will also be possible to see how furniture can be produced on these devices in trade fair conditions. All products will be donated to the beneficiaries of the Drema Dzieciom campaign.
