DOMOTEX asia/China Floor has already opened it’s door and is ready to stun the visitors with its latest offerings in the floor covering industry during July 26 to July 28. The show has been considered Asia Pacific’s largest floorcovering tradeshow for over a decade.
After 3 years of closed boarders and challenging environment during the pandemic, the show has returned strong again, reconfirming its leading position in the region. Over 60,000 professional visitors from China and the world are expected to visit the three-day event and experience the latest products and innovations in the industry. The show will host 1,600 exhibitors and brands in an overall exhibiting space of 200,000 sqm, spread throughout 7 halls at the National Exhibitions and Convention Centre (NECC). The organizers are looking forward to finally welcoming the participants from overseas, who continue to register in big numbers.
DOMOTEX asia/China Floor is happening at the China’s most prominent city: Shanghai.
More than Flooring
This is one of the prime themes this year. DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR is back with the flooring world at 360 degrees, from raw materials to technologies and to finished floorcoverings products, both textile and hard flooring of any type. At the same time, complementary products such as ceiling and wall materials, door cabinets and more will also be present, to reflected the transformation and breakthrough of products from a single plan to a multi-dimensional concept of space fitting.
The show will be a gathering point of the multi-dimensional space fitting industry chain to foster the cross-industry communication and multi-channel integration.

A FOCUS ON INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
As China has finally fully returned to the international trade scene, the organizers have, this year, put an emphasis on the hosted buyer programs, to ensure the platform is helping at its best the regaining of trade relations in the flooring industry between China, Asia and the world. A particular focus has been put on the international buyers, to assist their smooth return to China through a unique hospitality package and an efficient visit and scouting of suppliers through various matchmaking activities. Over 100 selected international buyers will be hosted by the organizer and engage in different onsite activities, tailored to put them in contact with the right manufacturers as per their needs. Several matchmaking sessions, personalized guided tours and networking events are created to put the flooring demand and supply in contact in the most efficient way.
In addition, 700+ design pieces, part of 398 different collections created by 162 designers, will be exhibited in a dedicated area open to audience to visit and experience. 50 outstanding awards will be given to the winners selected by a jury composed of representatives from various carpet associations in China as well as professors and experts from China’s art and design academies.
