Domotex 2016 would be honored to have the internationally acclaimed Milan based designer and architect Piero Lissoni, who will be at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds on January 17.
Following the news that the organizers of DOMOTEX, the world’s leading trade fair for carpets and floor coverings, had secured star architect Wolf D. Prix of Coop Himmelb(l)au as a guest speaker at DOMOTEX 2016, the participation of another big name, Piero Lissoni, has been announced.
This internationally acclaimed Milan-based designer and architect will be at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds on January 17. Lissoni, whose strong influence on European architecture and design cannot be denied, will be joining other doyens from the international design and architectural community at the Innovations@DOMOTEX Area in Hall 6. Visitors will hear about the latest trends and developments, as well as gain insights into the work of this sector’s most creative professionals.
Lissoni – the renowned designer and architecture known for his elegant, minimalist style, pure lines, subtle shapes, and high quality materials. Lissoni and his team are responsible for some of the world’s most iconic architectural and interior design projects. His studio Lissoni Associati currently employs a staff of 70 and offers creative solutions for clients such as Alessi, Boffi, Cassina, Cappellini, Fritz Hansen, Kartell, Knoll International and Living Divani.
Lissoni’s talk at DOMOTEX will be eagerly awaited by architects, designers and project planners. This illustrious designer and architect, whose work has won many prizes and accolades, will speak in the Innovations@DOMOTEX Area in Hall 6 about trends and developments in architecture, and will make special reference to flooring and how the right choice of flooring can determine architectural results.
