The upcoming edition of Espacio Cocina SICI, the trade fair for kitchen furniture and equipment scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 3 at Feria Valencia alongside Hábitat and Textilhogar, has confirmed that it will be hosting a fresh gathering for kitchen industry professionals.
The event is the 2024 Interdisciplinary Kitchen Industry Colloquium, the second edition of this gathering, and is being sponsored by XTONE, part of Grupo Porcelanosa. The event is being promoted and organised by specialist digital B2B channel review Focus Piedra and is a high-level meeting point for industry professionals.
The Interdisciplinary Colloquium is being staged again following the success of its launch edition in 2022 and aims to address a range of aspects of the new value propositions for the kitchen sector, particularly from the perspective of distributors and retailers.
Dates and venue
The sessions will be taking place in Hall N3P4, which will be housing Espacio Cocina SICI’s product exhibits, on Wednesday 2nd October, starting at 12.00. The main topic being addressed will be the styles of kitchen shop that are currently successful and it is expected that speakers will be from leading companies, both manufacturers and distributors/retailers and distribution/retail specialists. The moderator for the event will be Marisa Carrio, CEO at Focus Piedra, who is also a journalist specialised in the kitchen industry and specifically in the field of coverings, marble and natural stone.
Content geared to professionals
The Colloquium puts Espacio Cocina SICI firmly on track to offering a content programme of huge interest to visiting professionals and that will be part of a wider programme that includes the all the presentations and workshops slated for Feria Hábitat València’s Ágora nude and the dedicated activities being scheduled specifically for the textile sector.
