Smartfoil
A selection of decors available as paper-based Smartfoil finishes. It includes both new designs and proven bestsellers. The decors vary in optical and haptic effects as well as gloss levels, allowing them to be adapted to different design concepts. Their Smartfoil product is a classic finish film, which is manufactured on a pre-impregnated base paper. Due to its wide range of optical and haptic effects, it is widely used in the production of furniture, interior elements (doors, skirting boards, wall panels) and in the production of RV equipment.
Schattdecor’s Smartfoil meets the quality standards of the industry. They have defined the relevant quality parameters for various product groups in accordance with our internal specifications. These are based on external requirements and are continuously monitored in accordance with the following standards:

How is the finish foil made?
Smartfoil is produced on a base of pre-impregnated paper, which is printed with a woodgrain, stone, or fantasy decor. In the next stage, the surface is finished using a special lacquering process that gives the product its durability and resistance level. In the case of uni-color foils – the base paper is coated with a transparent or color pigmented lacquer.

An innovative finish foil that is characterized by a gradation of the surface gloss level. The use of ESH technology (electron beam cured lacquer) has made it possible to create a surface that faithfully imitates veneer.

Solid-colour Smartfoil finishes available in various gloss levels – from satin to ultra-matte. The palette includes a wide range of whites, greys, and neutrals, as well as accent colors, enabling the creation of cohesive and timeless surfaces.

This velvety matte furniture foils that are characterised by their resistance to fingerprints (anti-fingerprint effect).
smartflex UNI
Solid-color thermoplastic Smartflex films based on PP, used to produce fronts, doors, and profiles. Thanks to their moisture resistance, they are an optimal solution for kitchen and bathroom furniture applications. Available in a matte finish, they allow the creation of clean and uniform surfaces.
