Confor is arranging their Annual General Meeting for this year on September 24 at 2pm as an online webinar with the option of online voting.
While a few members will receive the paperwork by post, most will be receiving the information by email.
The Notice of the AGM and paperwork and the management of the voting is being sent out on behalf of Confor by a company called Mi-Voice at the end of August. They will provide the attendant with the information who needs to join the webinar, access the papers and vote.
