Black Bros. Co.’s introduced the all new, floor space-saving Over Stack Panel Feeder, which robotically pushes substrates from an auto indexing scissor lift and onto production equipment. It has undergone a number of design and operational enhancements. Developments include a pushing force and running speed increase of up to 300 lbs. and 100+ fpm.

It can now feed boards ranging in thickness from 1/8″ to 4″, expanding the range of board thicknesses it can handle. Additionally, upgrades have also been added to the air cylinder, carriage motion, and operator ergonomics. Furthermore, there is a newly welded, braced frame for improved stability and simple installation is present. Without the need for a second operator, panels ranging in size from 4’x4′ to 5’x12′ can be engaged with the Over Stack Panel Feeder. According to the company, panels ranging in size from 4’x4′ to 5’x12′ can be engaged using the Over Stack Panel Feeder without the need for a second operator.
