Barberán exhibits latest innovations at LIGNA

Barberán, S.A. exhibits at the LIGNA fair in Hannover a digital printing line for paper and PVC foil reels including foil unwinder, Jetmaster digital printing machine, UV top coat lacquer application module, UV curing module and foil rewinder. Demonstrations are given to visitors throughout the duration of the show, where they are able to see the line’s capacity working at a speed of 30 m/minute.

Also on display is a Wrapmaster line for wrapping aluminium and PVC profiles, which includes an automatic primer application station, a slot nozzle head for applying PUR hot melt adhesive, double unwinder, wrapping area with tool cassettes and a protective film unwinder/applicator. At the machine outfeed, robotic arms have been included to position the molding wheels according to the shape of each profile automatically and according to the production recipe by means of PLC.

In the lamination sector, Barberán has on display a line for laminating panels consisting of panel feeder, compact laminating machine, model “Compact Line Foil”, which is equipped with unwinder, roller head for the application of PUR hotmelt glue on the foil, pressing rollers and a built-in rotary cutter for panel separation. At the outfeed, this line includes a module for wrapping foil surplus on the edges, model MPF, and a diagonal cutting module, model SDS.

Finally, a PVC foil slitting machine, model TFG-700, which unwinds the foil, slits it by means of multiple central knives and rewinds the segments at the other side of the machine, is on display as well.
