For the first time at LIGNA, the production and distribution of stationary processing machines for wooden materials experts from WEINIG, the HOLZHER team will participate to unveil the new horizontal pressure beam saw- the ZENTREX 6215 power. At the trade fair in Hall 27, Stand D66, the team will demonstrate the pressure saw and explain how the machine is ready to collect dust in an efficient manner. This efficient machine has exceptional power to extract dust by utilising accurate laser positioning system, thus accelerating productivity in the woodworking business while maintaining right precision at work. The new system ensures accuracy down to the millimetre making it ideal for high cutting rates on single panels and stacks.

The brand is recognised for expertise in edgebanding machines, vertical panel saws, horizontal pressure beam saws and CNC machining centres. HOLZHER is at LIGNA 2019 to showcase a whole range of large exhibits, some of which are making their trade fair debuts, including the ZENTREX 6215 pressure beam saw.
According to the manufacturer, the synergy between the clean protection and dust control functions (two-stage extraction management system) ensures the ZENTREX 6215 power offers maximum extraction power. The advanced protection function enables the machine to control hurling of dust in an uncontrolled manner. The machine successfully keeps the area clean even when there are extremely narrow dust cuts. The dust control system successfully optimises extraction openings in the pressure beam. The saw blade is highly efficient and can function on both automatic and manual modes that allows the users to deal with panel sizes that, despite 3D onscreen simulation, are difficult to differentiate in terms of length or width, the ZENTREX 6215 power features a laser positioning system that ensures accuracy down to the millimetre.
