Groundbreaking technology with exceptional efficiency and adaptability is combined in ESSETRE’s Techno Fast. Installing iron feet is made easier with its accurate blade cuts made possible by its STIHL chainsaw, which has a 32 cm cutting length. The WEINIG Group also benefits from low maintenance, reliability, and optimal efficiency thanks to automatic lubrication.
The Quickest joinery machinery available
Essetre’s Techno Fast joinery machine raises the bar for contemporary timber building. Its user-friendly interface and flexible programming enable quick adaptation to a range of production needs. The Techno Fast improves the quality of the company’s products and streamlines its manufacturing operations with its high-precision CNC control and integration into current production lines. It is the best option for businesses looking for accuracy and efficiency in wood processing because it is small and strong.
Robust 5-Axis Unit
A 5-axis milling head with a motor that has two outputs—one with a flange chuck for saw blades up to 600 mm in diameter and the other with an HSK 63F chuck for automatic tool changing—performs the work of the machine. A proprietary internal development, the 5-axis device reliably provides maximum torque on both outputs.
Managing Workpieces
Through motorised cross chains, the machine is fed into the infeed region. To position and retain the workpiece precisely during machining, NC-controlled collets pick it up. When the workpiece is completed, it is automatically moved to a buffer region in the machine’s outfeed by pushing it crosswise.

E-Live Application
The forefront Essetre E-Live software, which provides three-dimensional visualisation of the workpiece and the associated milling process, controls the machine. The software’s adaptability allows it to be connected with popular CAD/CAM wood construction programs. For further safety and effectiveness, it has an anti-collision and simulation system.
