VietnamWood postponed to 2022

Ongoing COVID-19 uncertainties lurking in the corner, once again forced event organisers of VietnamWood to postpone the dates to October 2022.

Due to the sudden growing COVID-19 clusters in Vietnam the event managers are forced to take the decision for postponing the fair dates with concerns of health of the stakeholders to October 22, from 20 to 23 October 2021. The new dates announced for the fair is from October 18 to 21, 2022 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC).   

As per the VietnamWood organisers the latest statistics in August 2021 also confirmed that the local vaccination is yet to reach 10% of the total population.

Reasons that led to the decision:

• Mass gathering is still ban in the state
• Restrictions are continuing
• Quarantine norms impact on the travelling of the international visitors to Vietnam
• Several exhibitors are still supporting the decision of event postponement.

VietnamWood is one of the most popular regional trade shows in the Woodworking industry.
