“We are happy to be here again, in attendance” explains Umberto Pagnozzi, Sales Manager and co-owner of Wde Maspell Srl – a Narni company that has 91 international patents and specialises in construction of machinery to carry out the drying process and heat treatment of wood with vacuum technology, which has always participated in the appointment and this year does so with one more reason: “We are celebrating our 60 years of activity and we are happy to to be able to do it here, at the first event in the presence after the pandemic ”. The Umbrian company focuses on Xylexpo – where it presents itself with a stand that faithfully reproduces the colours and graphics with which it is proposed online – “to strengthen our image and to start the search for new agents and partners in North and South America and in Europe ”underlines the Commercial Director Alessio Lucarelli.
The protagonists of the Wde Maspell stand will be the many and excellent applications that wood treated with drying machines and vacuum heat treatment of wood can have.
And it is the latter, the Thermo Vacuum System (Tvs), to be the flagship of the company, which, thanks to a patent applied in over 50 countries, is the only company in the world to perform heat treatment through vacuum, obtaining a higher level product: odorless and waterproof, with greater thermal and acoustic insulation, with higher durability and improvement of the classes of use of wood, as well as a homogeneous color with dark shades such as that much appreciated by tropical species . “Our technologies allow us to operate in a 100% eco-compatible way, to work without the addition of chemical additives, with emissions reduced by 98% and controlled cooling, obtained without the use of water”.
The applications of wood treated with Wde Maspell technology are many and extremely varied: from the construction of houses to that of boats, yachts and piers, passing through the creation of outdoor furniture, decking, saunas, doors and windows. But the possible ones are many others, the only limit is the imagination.
