There, he held a pivotal position leading the development of ICW’s rigorous MMC accreditation process. This experience involved managing teams of expert warranty surveyors and working closely with underwriters to certify advanced residential and commercial systems, including large-scale housing projects of over 300 units.
His deep-seated knowledge of the exacting standards required for insurance-backed structural warranties—a non-negotiable requirement for mainstream mortgage lenders—provides TALO with invaluable internal technical authority. As a chartered structural engineer and a member of the Engineering Council and Institution of Structural Engineers for more than three decades, Allen’s background is rooted in robust technical governance.

Allen’s expertise in forensic interrogation for major building insurers, alongside his comprehensive background in new-build, refurbishment, and commercial developments, equips him to proactively mitigate technical and commercial risks for TALO’s clients.
