Metsä Group concludes statutory negotiations in Finland, targeting 540 job cuts as part of a €300 million cost savings and profit improvement programme.

The Supervisory Board of Metsä Group’s parent company, Metsäliitto Cooperative, elected Jussi Vanhanen, M.Sc.(Law) and MBA, as a new member of the cooperative’s Board of Directors during the three year period of 2022-2024.
