HOMAG Group AG once again held its annual general meeting as an in-person event on May 16. The shareholders approved all items on the agenda by a large majority.

HOMAG India proudly received the “Best Skill Catalyst – 2024 – Corporate” by India Kitchen Congress-IKC award 2024, held on April 4 at New Delhi.

Dr. Daniel Schmitt (51) will become the new CEO of HOMAG Group AG with effect from January 1, 2022. He will succeed Ralf W. Dieter (60), who is handing over both this role and his position as CEO of the parent company Dürr at the end of the year.
