Sunds Fibertech has secured a major order from Schwartz Vrena, Bolivia, to upgrade its panelboard facility in Santa Cruz and boost production capacity. The project includes a full modernisation of the Multi-Opening Press (5’7” × 18’) and the wet forming machine. The press will be enhanced with new columns, nuts, and a complete cylinder overhaul covering pistons, liners, and packings. In the wet forming section, a new vacuum box system will be installed alongside upgrades to existing units to improve fiber mat drainage and increase overall line efficiency.
As part of the delivery, Sunds Fibertech will also supply the necessary mobile machines and provide experienced site engineers to supervise the installation and renovation work on site in Bolivia. The installation is scheduled to take place in 2026.
