SIEMPELKAMP combines Maschinenfabrik and Automation operations from May 2026

As of May 1, 2026, SIEMPELKAMP Maschinenfabrik GmbH and SIEMPELKAMP Automation GmbH (formerly ATR) will merge and operate under one roof as a newly unified machine factory.

he range of services offered by SIEMPELKAMP Automation in the field of control cabinet construction will continue following the merger of the two companies. Control cabinets from this automation company enjoy an excellent reputation in many industries, meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability. Furthermore, the machine factory will continue to implement customer-specific requirements for control cabinet construction with its usual reliability.

SIEMPELKAMP Maschinenfabrik will assume all existing automation contracts. Ralf Meier and Felix Kibelsky will continue to serve as managing directors of the newly formed company.

As part of its portfolio realignment, the machine factory will discontinue its in-house production of electronic assemblies for measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR). Existing customer orders will be processed with the usual reliability until the end of 2026.
