At the International Mass Timber Conference the two leading producers offer together the largest range of technologies for glulam structural beams, CLT wall, floor, ceiling elements as well as wall frames and roof trusses. They will present the latest solutions designed to satisfy the current requirements for mass timber construction. Portland, Oregon – March 27-29, 2023
A greater use of cross-laminated timber and other mass timber products is an innovative, disruptive, modern, and sustainable choice necessary for building in a fast-growing world. The 7th annual International Mass Timber Conference (to be held from 27 to 29 March in Portland) starts from this premise, in order to explore and encourage the many advantages of ecosustainable and green building.
Among over 130 exhibitors, conference attendees will be able to also meet SCM, global leader in advanced machinery for the entire woodworking industry, and Randek, known throughout theworld for its high-performance systems for prefabricated houses. SCM team will present new CNC Machining Centres and Wide Belt Sanders manufactured for specific production requirements: Oikos XL for glulam beams and columns; Area XL for large format CLT panels; Area X with automatic worktable and integrated cleaning systems, designed for CLT panels and curved glulam beams; Dmc system XL, highly modular sanding-calibrating machine for CLT panels.
