The SCM Maestro software supports CNC machining up to the finished workpiece. The Maestro CNC library has programming functions for the production of doors, windows, stairs, fixtures and furniture. Lamello AG is happy to declare that, SCM has relied on the company to install the smartest Cabineo App in their Maestro CNC. This will make the whole process more effective.
SCM software can first interface any MES solutions to support customer in production scheduling and planning. Maestro CNC and Maestro optiwise software support the woodworking companies in the design, optimisation and data generation. Maestro active, the multi-touch advanced human machine interface, provides a full production control and an easy interaction with the machine.
The new Cabineo app is included as standard in the latest version of Maestro CNC and Maestro Lab. For Cabineo machining, the Y-direction positioning and the installation variant are first determined:
After that, the tool is selected. Optionally, a CAM simulation can also be performed. Now the workpiece is ready for machining on the machine.
