SCHULER Consulting celebrates receiving of the Heinz Dürr Award. Team SCHULER is pleased to announce that their Industry 4.0 team receives the Heinz Dürr Award for the new consulting service “Digital Value Stream Optimisation” in the category “Innovation”. “We are honoured and proud to receive the award soon.”
With the Heinz Dürr Award, the Dürr Group honours innovative, customer-oriented and sustainable contributions of its employees to increasing the competitiveness of the company. For 20 years now, the award has been presented annually by patron and Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr.-Ing. E.h. Heinz Dürr.

The winning project:
The digital value stream optimisation combines our proven analysis methodology with digital technology and brings transparency to every production. Using Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons and smartphone sensor technology, we set up indoor tracking and record machine data – regardless of the age or manufacturer type of the machine. Production data thus becomes quickly and digitally visible. An elaborate IT project is not necessary to measure the value stream of your production and develop optimisation measures on this basis.
