Tiina Kautonen has been appointed Ponsse Plc’s new CHRO and a member of the Management Team starting from January 1 2023. Tiina Kautonen will report to Ponsse Plc’s President and CEO Juho Nummela, and she will be located in Vieremä.
Tiina Kautonen will transfer to Ponsse Group from KONE Corporation from her current role as global Head of HR in KONE New Equipment Business and KONE Marketing and Communications function. Kautonen has worked at KONE in various HR management positions for over 14 years and prior to that at Nokia Corporation’s different human resources roles.
In her position as CHRO Kautonen will be responsible for Ponsse Group’s HR management and the planning and execution of the personnel strategy. She will replace Paula Oksman who will retire after working as the company’s HR Director since 2005.
