KALLFASS to unveil the new CLT large panel press at LIGNA

KALLFASS to participate in LIGNA with automated press technology. LIGNA 2019 will be the right platform for exhibiting innovations and uniqueness for the woodworking companies. Black Forest region of Germany based company, KALLFASS, is gearing up to unveil some of the latest innovations and specialised technology. They will exhibit the new CLT large panel press and ensure that visitors experience their advancement in flexible cutting, stacking and sorting system in the wood working industry. At Hall 25, Stand D66 KALLFASS will display advanced CLT press for the production of large panels and press technology.

 

Popular for fine dining owing to the collection of Michelin star restaurants, the little town in the heart of Black Forest, Baiersbronn is the home to KALLFASS GmbH. Established in the post war scenario 1949, as a family business, today is a leading supplier of flexible cutting, stacking as well as sorting systems. This year at the Hannover fair in May the company will launch the new CLT press for the production of large panels.

 

Since 2017, KALLFASS tried its hand in press technology, and it is bringing with it a new product which is a combination of CLT panels as well as parallel laminated timber ribs, an ideal solution for the large, self-supporting ceiling spans using the minimum of material yet providing maximum stability. The product is in high demand among international customers who look for multiple operations from a single source. This new press is however developed to meet customer demand, including a fully automated production of cross-glued wood panels. The design is unique with a modular, stand-alone segmented structure that offers perfect support to the boards and pre-glued panels.
