As Xylexpo is knocking the door, exhibitors who are going to participate in this much-awaited show is also preparing to showcase their all new innovative products from cutting 2.0, saw blades to sanding machines. 2FC Impianti Srl is among them who are solving the solutions on automatic sanding machine by making it much more innovative and fast especially for profiles.
The new automatic denibbing machine is made for profiles mod. ERA has been studied and realized by 2FC Impianti to supply its customers a new solution to improve the finishing of wooden manufactures. The flexibility of this machine allows a very large usage in the field of wooden elements, both rough and impregnated or varnished. In particular in the field of wooden windows there are some problems in case of pieces with big dimensions; in this case it is not possible to use the traditional denibbing machines so it happens that they are brushed by hand.
In this case we have to use manpower to make a work that it is possible to do with a machine with a consequent delay in the deliveries. ERA has been conceived to be able to brush disassembles pieces both alone or in line and foresees sundries regulations according to the manufacture to be treated. The feed and the rotation of brushes are completed managed from inverters.
This allows to work all essences of wood and different shapes as disassembled windows, frames, handrails, baseboards, profiles and others.
