It’s almost time again: LIGNA is just around the corner. They are very much looking forward to it. And what about you?
It’s not just that LIGNA is celebrating its 50th anniversary. HOMAG at their booth is also offering visitors something very special this year.
Under the motto “Building living spaces”, together with KALLESOE, SYSTEM TM, WEINMANN and their partners SCHULER Consulting, tapio and BENZ, they will be presenting innovative solution concepts for the design of living spaces.
Everything under one roof for the first time in Hall 14.
Here are the top highlights from furniture production and panel processing:
The new SAWTEQ S-200 flexTec opens up new possibilities in panel cutting for many companies. The first entry-level robot saw model makes high-tech automation affordable. The hybrid concept combines manual flexibility with robot-supported efficiency.
The DRILLTEQ V-310 continues along this path in CNC processing. The combined, smart robot system enables continuous 24/7 production during loading and destacking. Chaotic destacking in batch size 1 operation is a crucial advantage in times of a shortage of skilled workers.
Not only that, they will be presenting these new solution concepts and much more at LIGNA in Hannover.
Nesting is used in wood processing for the efficient cutting of panel materials. Nesting offers many advantages over conventional panel cutting, especially for chipboard, MDF and solid wood.
The advantages are:
A quantum leap with the SAWTEQ S-300 flexTec
PAN+ARMBRUSTER specializes in individual and tailor-made wall and room solutions. The company relies on quality, reliable service and machines from HOMAG. And that pays off.
The quantum leap followed in 2019, when the SAWTEQ S-300 flexTec robot saw started work together with the efficient STORETEQ P-500 storage system.
“Our partnership has intensified over the years. The Service department was always on hand when we needed it, and HOMAG has always responded quickly to our needs. It goes without saying that the machines and the digital aspects are first-class”, Matthias Armbruster, Managing Director of PAN+ARMBRUSTER.
