HOMAG GmbH, based in Schopfloch, has reshaped its management team with key leadership changes. Former management board spokesman, Dr. Sergej Schwarz (53), has stepped down from his role to focus on his position as a board member of HOMAG Group AG.
Joining the leadership team are Panthea Behbahani (46) as Head of Human Resources and Dominik Breinlinger (43), who will oversee Finance and Controlling. Meanwhile, Marco Huber (48) remains on the management board, now serving as spokesman and site manager, responsible for operations at the Schopfloch site.
These strategic changes mark a new chapter for HOMAG GmbH, strengthening its leadership structure for future growth. HOMAG GmbH has filled the management positions within the company with long-standing employees from its own ranks and has thus also placed the important personnel and social issues at the management level.
