HOLZMA will be exhibiting a section of its wide-ranging product portfolio at the Holz-Handwerk fair. From March 16 to 19, visitors will be able to take a look at the saws HPP 130 and HPP 300 profiLine – the latter in combination with a horizontal storage system from HOMAG Automation.
System solutions revolving around the saw are a major topic again this year. This covers the overall process – from feeding the saw and cutting the panel to destacking and onward transport. What advantages do closely intermeshed processes bring? Clearly structured, faster processes, less waste and improved ergonomics.
As a concrete example of system solutions, HOLZMA will be showcasing a combination comprising a HOLZMA HPP 300 profiLine saw and a TLF 211 horizontal storage system from HOMAG Automation. The two machines work hand-in-hand and can communicate instantly thanks to their perfectly compatible software. This guarantees a smooth and highly efficient production process, even for small quantities or batch size 1 production. Furthermore, saw and storage system are fully prepared to cope with the enormous variety of materials often needed today. Visitors to Holz-Handwerk will able to witness live the great potential of this combination and the precisely coordinated processes.
Cut Rite – it’s the software that makes the difference
Not only the machines, but also the software solutions of the HOMAG Group work together smoothly and seamlessly. This is also true for the integration of Cut Rite.
October 2015 saw the launch of the latest release of HOLZMA’s optimization software Cut Rite, version 10. Right on cue for the fair, the Cut Rite team will present the latest new features for this version.
HPP 130 – the “MUST- SEE’ Saw
This innovative, compact saw is equipped with everything that customers generally needed for cutting single panels and small series.

There is no need to perform a time-consuming evaluation process. Buyers can get started right away and raise their production to a new performance level. The HPP 130 is the optimum choice, costing hardly any more than a well-equipped table circular saw while providing a much more precise and efficient cutting process.
The saw itself will be equipped with a wide range of features so that fair visitors can gain as comprehensive a picture as possible of its versatility. Features will include the highly efficient extraction option “dustEx” complete with an integrated dust-trap curtain, which further improves its efficacy; the plasterboard package; manual labeling; program-activated clamps to protect sensitive edges; and the feeding and destacking aid, for ergonomic working conditions, together with the software support option “destacking concept”. The saw will also have the “CADplan” option for optimization at the saw. These and many other optional features allow the HPP 300 to easily meet the requirements of the trade sector.
