With the Mood Spaces, the American interior designer, trend expert and blogger Holly Becker from decor8 is giving an insight into current and upcoming colour and interior design trends for the second time at DOMOTEX. Let yourself be inspired by these special room installations and deepen your understanding of trends in creative workshops!
Together with CAPAROL ICONS and Möbel Staude, Holly Becker is taking up the main theme of DOMOTEX FLOORED BY NATURE in six room scenarios that, in addition to the latest living trends, also express the interplay of floor, wall and ceiling on one hand and carpets, soft furnishings and furniture on the other. These installations serve as inspiration for specialist retailers, architects, interior designers and contractors, among others, and demonstrate in the sense of “concept store” formats, which products may be combined to represent a theme world.

About Holly Becker
Holly Becker is an interior designer, journalist, book author and social media expert. An American living in Germany since 2009, she is a true pioneer in the design industry – she started blogging before social media even existed, as one of the first design bloggers in the United States back in 2005.
Becker has won multiple awards for her work as a journalist and author, including the Readers Choice award from Myself magazine in 2010. She has four interiors books under the “Decorate” series published in nearly 20 languages worldwide. Her debut book shared homes that she styled from all over the world from top designers such as Jonathan Adler, Vincente Wolf and Tine Kjeldsen. Decorate was one of the first design books published in America by a blogger and the first-ever published in Germany. Today, it has sold over 400,000 copies.
